Creation of Additional User Accounts
Log in to your user account in 1Quote
Click on Settings in the upper right corner of the screen
- Click on Users under the dropdown menu
- Click on Add a User in the upper left of the screen
- Create a username and temporary password for the new user
- Enter the new user’s First and Last name
- The agency name should be auto populated in the agency field
- Enter the new user’s email address
- Click on Create & Edit to complete the creation process
- If you would like another user to be able to manage all your users and data, add them to the Location Manager role.
- After the new user’s initial log in, the new user can reset their password under the Profile section
- The Profile section is found under the user’s name located in the upper right corner of the system. Select Profile from the drop-down menu.
- Click on Reset Password
