Creation of Additional User Accounts

Log in to your user account in 1Quote

Click on Settings in the upper right corner of the screen

  1. Click on Users under the dropdown menu
  2. Click on Add a User in the upper left of the screen
  3. Create a username and temporary password for the new user
  4. Enter the new user’s First and Last name
  5. The agency name should be auto populated in the agency field
  6. Enter the new user’s email address
  7. Click on Create & Edit to complete the creation process
  8. If you would like another user to be able to manage all your users and data, add them to the Location Manager role.
  9. After the new user’s initial log in, the new user can reset their password under the Profile section
  10. The Profile section is found under the user’s name located in the upper right corner of the system.  Select Profile from the drop-down menu.
  11. Click on Reset Password
